The Hogan 360° provides individuals with performance feedback in terms of the seven Malcolm Baldridge dimensions and the eleven derailment characteristics assessed by the Hogan Development Survey. This assessment illustrates how self-ratings diverge from others' ratings, uncovering hidden strengths and development needs. The Hogan 360° provides insight regarding behavioral strengths and development opportunities recognized by others.

Booth offers 15 unique surveys. Each survey includes specific questions for that role within an organization. The surveys fall into five categories:
Booth Company provides a unique international database, accumulated since 1972, which includes over 150 million question scores. These scores are updated and averaged annually to help participants determine if their skills are competitive against the same role in other companies or within their own organization.
