The Hogan Certification Workshop will certify participants in the use of three Hogan Instruments:
- Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) evaluates personality characteristics that people need to get along and get ahead (i.e., job fit).
- Hogan Development Survey (HDS) identifies risk factors and potential derailers that impede career success (i.e., management fit).
- Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) assesses business drivers and core values for individual fit within a corporate culture (i.e., organizational fit).
This two-day Hogan Certification Workshop provides you with an in-depth understanding of how to effectively administer and interpret the Hogan Assessment suite with special emphasis on the Leadership Forecast Series. In addition, you will receive your own assessment reports and an individualized coaching feedback session (workshop prerequisite). The workshop is invaluable to any senior-level human resources or organizational development professional or psychologist who uses the tools for employee development, coaching, and/or personnel selection. The workshop is highly participative. You will explore issues and practice skills during individual and group exercises.
You will learn how to:
- interpret individual scales
- recognize and interpret configural syndromes
- use the reports for coaching or developmental feedback sessions
- give assessment feedback
- use the reports to select employees
- identify and rectify organizational relationship problems
